There are a lot of articles out there in internetland that help indecisive people be more decisive, but I could find NO instructions for decisive people on how to be more indecisive. So I decided to take it upon myself to help those of you who are really good at making decisions, to become better at NOT making decisions.
Here are 4 ways to be more indecisive:
- Really mull over every single decision down to the most mundane and unimportant. I mean really, really analyze each and every aspect of every choice you make. What are the pros and cons of choosing fuji over gala (all pros, btw) or cherry tomatoes instead of grape tomatoes (is there a difference?).
- Never, ever know what you want (here’s a random tip: can’t decide between Mexican food or Chinese food? Just put salsa on your chow mein! Boom! Problem solved). If it doesn’t take at least 2-3 hours to decide what movie you want to watch, you are way too decisive.
- I couldn’t decide what to write for number 3 so I’m just going to skip ahead to 4.
- Most importantly, before making any decision, remind yourself that an alternative choice could turn out to be way better.
Well, hope this helps! See you next time!
